How we got here is a sweet global tale...​

On the streets of Hong Kong, food carts began making sweet and crispy bubble waffles for local eaters.

When we tried hot bubble waffles in chilly Toronto, we dreamed of topping them with creamy soft serve.

We fine-tuned our recipe for over a year before we brought our Bubble Waffles to local Santa Clarita events. As word spread and the line grew, we knew we were onto something special!

We opened Wafflecomb in 2018 and have been committed to sharing bubble waffles with all of Santa Clarita ever since!
